Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our real estate projects through outbound calls. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about real estate properties.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Follow up with leads and nurture them until conversion.
Maintain a database of potential customers and update records in the CRM system.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details.
Requirements:
Experience in telemarketing, real estate sales, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
