Monthly Salary: SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,800 (based on knowledge and skills) plus FREE Duty Meal, Shared Accommodation and Transportation to and from work
Role Brief: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will craft premium, innovative mocktails and zero-proof beverages in a vibrant, non-alcoholic restaurant environment. You will focus on flavor innovation, high-end presentation, and delivering an exceptional, hospitable experience to every guest.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare a full range of premium mocktails, non-alcoholic spirits, and zero-proof drinks according to brand recipes and standards.
- Concoct house-made syrups, infusions, shrubs, and fresh garnishes to maintain unique and consistent flavor profiles.
- Operate juicers and blenders to prepare fresh juices and batch complex drink bases ahead of high-volume service windows.
- Select correct glassware, apply precise ice cuts, and execute creative garnishing techniques for a high-end visual experience.
- Follow HACCP principles, monitor perishable ingredient temperatures, prevent allergen cross-contamination, and log food safety data.
- Keep the bar and well organized, sanitize tools between builds, and execute thorough deep-cleaning procedures.
- Rotate stock using FIFO, monitor fresh ingredient shelf life, and complete detailed opening and closing shift checklists.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or upscale beverage environment.
- Solid understanding of flavor balancing, mixology techniques (shaking, stirring, straining), and a passion for zero-proof beverage trends.
- Strong communication skills, a vibrant hospitality mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 – ﷼2,500.00 per month
