Adhere to our established servicestandards to ensure a consistent and exceptional guestexperience.
Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholicdrinks according to recipe standards with
attention to detail
tasteand presentation.
Have a thorough understandingof drink names ingredients preparation methods appropriateglassware and  wellversed in winesby the glass and at least five wines in each category on the winelist covering varying price ranges andstyles.
Know the specialty beverages offeredincluding single malt scotches cognacs cocktails and craft beers toprovide guests with recommendations.
Beknowledgeable about the entire bar menu as well as the dining roommenu ensuring guests receive accurate recommendations and answersto their questions.
Monitor and maintain stocklevels ensuring the bar is always fully stocked with all necessaryproducts and ingredients.
Complete dailyinventory checks and communicate any changes in stock levels toservers managers or barbacks.
Ensure all guestsare of legal drinking age (21 or older) and followresponsible alcohol serviceprotocols.
Accurately report all incomereceived during each shift ensuring proper
cash handling
andaccountability.
Serve alcoholic beveragesresponsibly always considering the customers safety andwellbeing.
Maintain a seamless flow of servicebetween the bar servers and kitchen staff ensuring prompt deliveryof orders and requests.
Complete all side workas outlined in the bartender manual including cleaning andrestocking tasks.
Report to work on time readyto work and ready to contribute to the teams success duringscheduled shifts.
Maintain a friendlyprofessional and
positive attitude
toward coworkers and guests atall times.
Maintain a clean and organized workarea including the bar and surrounding service areas adhering tosanitation guidelines and companystandards.
Greet guests promptly and engagewith them in a professional and friendly manner ensuring amemorable experience.
Work effectively as partof a team helping colleagues when necessary and communicatingeffectively with other team members andmanagement.
Assist with or execute other tasksas assigned by supervisors or management to ensure smooth baroperations.
Qualifications:
Previousbartending experience required
Indepthknowledge of bar operations including drink recipes bar menu itemsand proper service etiquette
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Strongattention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment
Ability to lift carry and moveheavy objects (e.g. kegs cases of alcohol)
Mustbe of legal drinking age Ability to maintaincomposure under pressure and provide excellent customer service atall times
Ability to work flexible shiftsincluding nights weekends andholidays
