As we continue to grow, we are hiring three passionate Specialty Baristas & Servers (Female & Male) who bring energy, skill, and heart to the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair
- Engage customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
- Drive sales through confident recommendations and upselling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Stay updated on coffee trends and brewing techniques
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with inventory and supply management
- Participate in training and continuous learning
- Engage customers with very energetic, friendly, and confident communication
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialty coffee environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, espresso techniques, and brewing methods
- Energetic, talkative, and sales-driven personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to grow
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and across branch locations
