We are looking for a passionate and experienced coffee professional to join us as a Guest Barista Lecturer / Coffee Educator. If you enjoy sharing your knowledge, inspiring others, and creating memorable coffee experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging barista workshops and coffee education sessions for beginner to advanced participants.
- Demonstrate espresso preparation, milk texturing, and latte art techniques.
- Teach coffee fundamentals, including origin, processing, extraction, brewing, and sensory evaluation.
- Provide hands-on coaching, answer participant questions, and offer constructive feedback.
- Assist with workshop setup and ensure the training area is organized after each session.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for specialty coffee.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of professional barista experience.
- Excellent latte art and espresso preparation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence teaching groups of 10–40 participants.
- Passion for specialty coffee and coffee education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous training or teaching experience.
- SCA certification or equivalent coffee education.
- Comfortable presenting on camera for educational content.
