Barista prepares and serves hot and cold coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. They are responsible for operating brewing equipment, ensuring drink quality, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace, all while delivering exceptional hospitality.
Core Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Dial in espresso, pull shots, steam milk, and prepare artisan coffee or tea according to exact recipes and customer preferences.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about coffee origins and flavor profiles, and make personalized recommendations.
- Sales & Cash Handling: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process cash and credit card payments, and balance the register.
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Keep the bar area, brewing equipment (e.g., grinders and espresso machines), and seating areas spotless and compliant with health codes.
Pay: QAR2,800.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
