Job Summary
The Bar Back supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized, enabling efficient beverage service and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and ice throughout service.
- Assist bartenders with beverage preparation and service support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Collect and wash glassware as required.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating beverage stock.
- Remove waste and empty containers from the bar area.
- Support opening, closing, and daily bar operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous hospitality or Food & Beverage experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of bar operations is preferred.
