We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing tech startup. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and innovation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, meeting concierges and with prospective clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling to concierge, and meeting in person.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products/services and how they can solve the needs.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with concierges by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by accurately tracking and reporting on sales activity, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Onboarding & Closing: Onboarding restaurant and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market shifts to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for concierges from onboarding through reservations.
Feedback & Improvement: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and areas for improvement, helping to shape the future of our offerings.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and overall progress towards goals for the Sales Manager and executive team.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a tech startup, SaaS, or software sales environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred, but not required based on experience).
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of technology products and the ability to quickly learn new tools and solutions.
