We are looking for an experienced Bakery Lady Supervisor. He should have good knowledge about cakes and breads production. He should manage daily bakery operations, leading staff, ensuring high-quality and consistent baked goods, overseeing inventory, maintaining equipment, upholding health/safety standards, and handling customer service to ensure smooth production and customer satisfaction. They focus on scheduling, training, quality control, inventory management, and operational efficiency, bridging baking expertise with leadership skills.
