The Bakery professional assists in preparing baked goods in the early hours, including mixing dough, preparing fillings, and decorating and packaging pastries.
Key responsibilities:
· Follow the preparation list set by the chef to determine and organize tasks.
· Measure and mix ingredients using mixers and other equipment to prepare baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, and more.
· Decorate finished products and present them appropriately.
· Inspect ingredients and finished products to ensure each item meets food safety standards and quality controls.
· Ensure proper storage of all food items and others.
· Adhere to nutrition, health, and hygiene guidelines.
· Execute any other kitchen tasks as assigned.
