Job Description
Ensure new employee training teams have the skills needed to meet customer expectations for productivity and quality of work
Monitor the progress of each client’s testing work. Ensure the team provides efficient service and improves staff skills. Includes weekly testing work reports
Actively participate in meetings with customers during the testing phase to understand their needs and set realistic expectations
Responsible for coordinating/delivering all team specific training
Responsible for team bonding activities
Coach and mentor team members
Actively support and participate in the company’s English improvement strategy
Ensure the working environment and facilities for all employees are maintained at the highest standards
Job Experience
College or University graduate
Over 2 years of working experience
English proficiency
Western construction methods
Western construction terminology
Good software skills (suitable for the department)
Ability to plan workflow
Demonstrated track record of leading a team to provide excellent customer service.
