Ensure all miscellaneous tasks are covered.
Ensure daily report is sent to the supervisor.
Report issues to senior supervisor/management.
Check out going couriers regularly to make sure packages have not been sitting too long in mailroom.
Review front desk workflow to ensure that incoming packages are processed in a timely manner.
Ensure that major tenant complaints are communicated to supervisor and ultimately to manager.
Ensure operating system is working according to the procedure.
Before receiving anything in sorting ensure it went through an X-RAY machine.
Before dispatching shipments to tenants ensure all the required fields are correct and verify the awb with messenger/attendant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
