Responsibilities

- Ensure all visual elements meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Incorporate relevant trends into projects to enhance creativity and effectiveness.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing professional insights and recommendations.
- Manage client feedback, incorporating changes while maintaining the project’s artistic integrity.
- Assist in developing project budgets and managing resources effectively.
- Monitor project costs to ensure they align with budget constraints.
- Review and approve final designs and presentations, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of project progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with web design and digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- May require flexibility to work evenings or weekends based on project deadlines.
