Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth service operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and invoices
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Explain repair work, costs, and timelines clearly to customers
- Follow up with customers on job status and delivery
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service feedback professionally
- Upsell value-added services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop is preferred
- Good knowledge of vehicle repairs and service processes
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer skills (job cards, invoicing, workshop software)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs
- English required; additional languages are a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
