We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Coordinator to join our premium auto care center, specializing in car washes, polishing, detailing, automotive film application, upholstery services, and body shop offerings. The Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining exceptional service quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations across all service areas to ensure efficiency and adherence to luxury service standards.
Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation for maximum productivity.
Monitor and ensure the availability of necessary tools, materials, and inventory for service execution.
2. Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, offering professional and effective resolutions.
Focus on ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and that all services align with luxury quality standards.
3. Administrative Support:
Coordinate appointments, bookings, and invoicing procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer preferences, service history, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management (daily, weekly, and monthly).
4. Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all services meet the company’s quality standards.
Work closely with technicians and service providers to resolve any service quality issues.
Utilize customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and standards.
5. Team Coordination:
Support training initiatives to ensure the team upholds excellence in customer service and technical skills.
Promote a collaborative and professional team culture.
Act as a liaison between management and operational teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations coordination, ideally within the automotive or luxury services industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Proficiency in scheduling and management software.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Knowledge of automotive services, including detailing, polishing, and film installation (required).
