Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing corporate clients for our services. This role requires a proactive professional with strong marketing expertise and a proven track record in the service sector or business setup industry. Experience in the attestation and translation field is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand our client base.
* Identify and approach corporate firms, building strong relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
* Take the lead in the marketing department, monitoring team performance and ensuring targets are met.
* Promote our attestation and translation services through various channels, including direct marketing, networking events, and online platforms.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
* Showcase your skills in a diverse and competitive field by driving innovative marketing strategies.
* Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure all client interactions align with company values and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing within the service sector or business setup industry.
* Prior experience in attestation and translation services is highly desirable.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
