Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Job Controller to manage and coordinate all workshop operations from job receipt to vehicle delivery, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive job cards from Service Advisors and allocate work efficiently to the relevant workshop departments.
* Monitor and control all ongoing jobs across maintenance, electrical, bodywork, and body shop divisions.
* Ensure proper workflow planning so all jobs are completed on time and according to customer commitments.
* Oversee the full repair process from vehicle check-in to final delivery.
* Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery, ensuring all work is completed as per job card and quality standards.
* Coordinate with technicians and department heads to ensure accurate diagnosis, repair progress, and job completion.
* Ensure all tools, equipment checks, and repair requirements are properly followed before releasing vehicles.
* Maintain clear communication between Service Advisors, workshop teams, and management.
* Ensure proper documentation and updates of job status at every stage.
* Handle prioritization of urgent jobs and manage workshop workload effectively.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, electrical systems, and body shop operations
* Experience in workshop coordination or job control role
* Ability to manage multiple departments and workflow efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
* Good communication and organizational skills
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
