Job Position: Architect/Interior Designer
We are seeking a talented and versatile Architect/Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, project coordination, and client interaction, and possess strong technical skills in various design software. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing: Create innovative and functional designs for both architectural and interior projects, from concept to execution.
Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, budgets, and communicate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance throughout the design and implementation phases.
Collaboration: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are executed seamlessly.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design software.
Strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and their appropriate use in design.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a creative approach to design.
Previous experience in architectural and interior design roles is preferred.
