We are currently seeking a Chinese Speaker Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Handling warm leads
Monitoring lead quality and meeting conversion targets
Conducting phone negotiations with clients, identifying their needs, and presenting company services
Maintaining detailed reports and analyzing lead management efficiency
Participating in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer service, offering innovative ideas
Accurately log call details and customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed sales and service targets.
Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and clear speech
English proficiency at B2-C1 level
Fluency in Chinese
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with CRM system (Bitrix preferable)
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
High motivation, results-oriented, and willingness to take responsibility
What we offer:
Salary 3500 + KPI
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5/2 schedule
Employment in accordance with the law (visa + insurance)
