Job Description:
Desert Auto Experts is looking for a professional and experienced Admin Cum Service Advisor for our busy auto garage in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, managing workshop operations, and coordinating with technicians efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- استقبال العملاء وفهم مشاكل السيارة (Customer handling & consultation)
- Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices
- Coordinate with technicians and follow up on repair progress
- Manage daily workshop operations and scheduling
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and bookings
- Maintain records, reports, and customer database
- Upsell services like AC repair, detailing, and maintenance packages
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an auto garage (Service Advisor/Admin role)
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Good knowledge of automotive services and parts
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Basic computer skills (Excel, invoicing, etc.)
- Must have own visa (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Currently available in UAE
