The Technician should have the knowledge in servicing/support to Eaton/APC/GE/ADB UPSs.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with 3-Phase UPS systems
Manage and lead troubleshooting and take corrective actions in challenging field incidents
Assist FSEs and customers with the installation, configuration and star up of UPS systems
Collaborate with the Engineering and AE team to address and resolve issues and report to Quality of field findings
Participate new product development projects as a voice of customer and provide field service perspective
Contribute to the zero-incident culture supporting safety of field engineers through instructions and training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
UAE o GCC UPS Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Diploma or ITI Certificates (Preferred)
