Requirements:
Excellent academic background
4 to 6 years PQE
Insurance experience from a top-tier law firm
Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales (candidates with experience in certain other jurisdictions will also be considered)
Proactive and self-starting individual
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexible approach to work and openness to working in a multidisciplinary team
Client-facing experience is preferable
Experience leading matters and supervising junior team members
Effective communication on practical and intellectual levels, with active listening skills
Aptitude for handling complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions requiring creative solutions
Interest in business development and ability to contribute to client relationship building through meetings, presentations, and other initiatives
