Job Description:
? Drive growth and user acquisition by developing strategies to acquire customers and increase repeat usage across service categories.
? Identify and launch new services, categories, and business models by using consumer insights, market research, and data to identify growth opportunities.
? Own key business metrics including orders, customer experience, profitability, and new revenue streams, working closely with leadership, product, technology, and data teams.
? Lead consumer marketing and content strategy, including social media to strengthen brand awareness and generate sustainable customer acquisition.
