Job Description:
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital platforms, advertising, and in-store experiences.
Oversee retail operations, including store management, staffing, and customer service standards. Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and consistency.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment. Monitor campaign performance and optimize investments to achieve ROI targets.
Manage relationships with brands, wholesale accounts, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
