Amber Industries LLC. looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our Stainless Steel Division. The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager in driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across the UAE.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in the stainless steel industry who understands the UAE market and has an established network within construction, fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, consultants, distributors, and key clients.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding the customer base.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining company profit margins.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
- Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and industry events.
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental goals and mentoring junior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the company’s CRM or ERP system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of sales experience in the UAE, with significant experience in the stainless steel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of stainless steel products, grades, applications, and market trends.
- Existing network of clients within the UAE construction, fabrication, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with direct UAE sales experience in the Stainless Steel Division will be given strong preference.
- Experience selling stainless steel sheets, coils, pipes, tubes, fittings, structural products, decorative products, or related industrial materials.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing key customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction and industrial market.

Pay: AED8,500.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
