Auto Workshop foreman Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Carrera Auto Workshop
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workshop operations and technicians
- Assign jobs and monitor work progress
- Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues when required
- Support technicians with technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Conduct road tests before and after repairs to verify vehicle condition and repair quality
- Ensure proper diagnosis during test drives and report findings accurately
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department
- Ensure proper use of tools and workshop equipment
- Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery
- Maintain job records and report workshop status to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Workshop Foreman in an automotive workshop
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience handling multi-brand vehicles is preferred
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to perform vehicle road testing and fault diagnosis
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge and job card handling
- UAE driving license is must
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
