Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Urdu and have a strong background in leasing residential or commercial properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to closing rental deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact property owners looking for suitable tenants.
Conduct property viewings and present listings to clients.
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable rental properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements while ensuring compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations.
Maintain an updated database of listings and client interactions.
Stay updated on market trends, rental prices, and competitor offerings.
Achieve and exceed leasing targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum one to two years of experience in real estate leasing, UAE experience preferred.
Fluent in Urdu and English, Hindi is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of Dubai’s rental laws and leasing procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Family visa holders are preferred.
