Assistant Manager – Program Delivery

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager – Program Delivery to oversee and drive the successful completion of a project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring high-quality results.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Monitor project performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Communicate project updates, status reports, and key decisions to stakeholders.

Manage resources, including team assignments and vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirement :

Proven experience as a Project Manager

Strong understanding of project management frameworks.

Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools.

Minimum five years proven experience in a similar position, within the tech industry or banking sector

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field is desirable.

Certifications in Project Management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or (PRINCE 2) are preferred.

In depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, with experience in project management software.
