Key Responsibilities
* Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare detailed operational, financial, and performance reports for the Chief Supply Chain & Procurement Officer.
* Analyze spend analysis and to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
* Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
* Assist in preparing reports & presentation.
* Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
* Coordinate with stakeholders for validate data accuracy.
* Management Presentations
* Prepare high-quality presentations for management meetings, project reviews, and client discussions.
* Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Support decision-making through scenario analysis and business case preparation.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with stakeholders to consolidate information.
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and management, ensuring alignment of business goals.
* Contribute to strategic procurement and performance improvement initiatives.
Exp : 2-5 Years Max
Education – B. Tech – Civil + MBA form any reported college
Skills:- Power BI – Dashboard, Procurement analytics, Advance Excel, coordination,
Note:- candidate need to have procurement analytics experience in construction industry – mandatory
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED11,000.00 per month
