Middle East Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance within the real estate industry and be capable of supporting the Finance Manager in overseeing the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and general ledger reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely statutory filings.
- Monitor project costs, rental income, service charges, and property-related financial transactions.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial controls and policies.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a real estate company.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be available to join immediately.
