Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Asst. Manager – Marketing to join our team. This role will help in planning, coordinating with all stakeholders and executing marketing initiatives that include campaigns, collaborations, promotions, etc. that strengthen brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales across retail, catering, and B2B segments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
· Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
· Liase with all parties for content creation, photography, and branding materials in line with brand guidelines.
· Support PR activities and collaborations with influencers and brand partners.
· Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
· Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
· Lead event planning, activations, and brand collaborations.
· Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.
· Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
· Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
