We are looking for an Assistant Buyer with strong communication skills and system knowledge to support our procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in vendor communication, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain accurate records in procurement systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Resolve order discrepancies and supplier issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-3 years of procurement experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
