Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician with hands-on experience in Emax Press, ditch and die trimming, and waxing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of dental anatomy, restorative procedures, and the precision required to fabricate high-quality crowns and bridges using the Emax press technique.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and press Emax crowns, veneers, and bridges according to prescription and specifications
- Perform accurate ditching and die trimming for optimal margins and fit
- Collaborate with team members and dentists to ensure high-quality, esthetic outcomes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum [2–3] years of experience in a dental lab environment, specifically with Emax press technique
- Proficiency in ditching and waxing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of dental materials and tools
