We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple stores within an assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales performance across multiple locations.
Ensure operational excellence, brand standards, and quality control.
Oversee financial performance, including P&L management and cost optimization.
Lead, train, and develop store managers and their teams.
Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, compliance, and marketing execution.
Requirements:
Experience: 5-7 years in multi-unit management, preferably in QSR.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, operational expertise, and team development experience.
Knowledge: UAE food safety regulations, HACCP, labor laws, and customer engagement strategies.
