Little Bangkok, Dubai’s leading Thai restaurant chain, seeks an experienced Thai National Area Chef to oversee kitchen operations, quality, and standards across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Head Chefs and kitchen teams.
- Ensure authentic Thai food quality and consistency.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and hygiene standards (Dubai regulations).
- Contribute to menu development and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Required a Thai Citizen
- Proven experience as Head Chef/Sous Chef in Thai cuisine (multi-unit experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Good understanding and communication skills in English are required.
- Willing to relocate to and work in Dubai.
