Job Overview
We are urgently seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector to join a building construction project in Duhail, Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting architectural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and consultant requirements throughout the construction phase.
Candidates with building project and consultancy experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Architecture
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience as an Architectural Inspector or in a similar role
- Building construction project experience is mandatory
- Consultancy experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, materials, and construction methods
- Experience conducting site inspections, snagging, and quality inspections
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and reporting
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Must be currently available in Qatar
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor workmanship and material quality on site
- Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports
- Identify non-conforming works and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements
- Ensure project quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
Pay: QAR10,000.00 – QAR11,000.00 per month
