Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural BIM Modeler to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in Architectural BIM Modeling
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
- Experience in preparing Architectural BIM Models, Shop Drawings, and Construction Documentation
- Knowledge of BIM standards, coordination, and clash detection processes
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be currently available in the UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models using Revit
- Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings and model documentation
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving design clashes
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project BIM standards and requirements
- Update models based on design revisions and project changes
- Support project delivery through timely and high-quality BIM outputs
