Architectural BIM Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural BIM modelling, design development, and coordination, preferably within an engineering consultancy.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong experience in developing architectural BIM models up to LOD 400, including detailed modelling suitable for shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Proven experience in the preparation and review of architectural shop drawings, construction details, schedules, and IFC documentation.
- Solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project execution requirements.
- Experience in model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Ability to review and validate architectural BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and company BIM standards.
- Familiarity with UAE-KSA building regulations, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and authority submission processes is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
