Sedool Engineering Consulting Company is looking for an Architect Engineer to work full-time in the city of Taif.
Qualifications and Requirements
- The applicant must be a Saudi or Arab national.
- For Saudi applicants: Experience of no less than one year in architectural office work and architectural design.
- For non-Saudi applicants: Experience of no less than five years in architectural office work and architectural design.
- Proficiency in Arabic language, both spoken and written.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Must be certified and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers, with a valid professional license.
- For non-Saudi applicants: A valid and transferable residency is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing architectural plans and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Designing residential villas and commercial complexes according to Saudi building codes and municipal regulations.
- Dealing with municipal services and procedures for issuing licenses and occupancy certificates through the Baladi platform.
- Conducting field visits and preparing supervisory reports as needed.
- Coordinating with teams and clients to ensure project implementation according to the approved timeline.
