Creative HMC Interior Design is a Dubai-based interior design, fit-out, and contracting company specializing in healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories.
Our portfolio also includes luxury villas, restaurants, retail, offices, and commercial spaces. We provide complete turnkey solutions from concept design and authority approvals through fit-out, construction, and handover.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to join our design team and report directly to the Design Manager.
This is not a junior or entry-level position. The successful candidate should be able to independently develop design concepts, produce high-quality 3D visualizations, prepare technical drawings and presentations, select materials, and coordinate with the project and site teams.
Strong 3D visualization and interior fit-out knowledge are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D interior renders.
- Prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and technical drawings.
- Translate design concepts into practical and buildable solutions.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager, project managers, site engineers, MEP engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attend site visits and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, and joinery.
- Review shop drawings, samples, material submissions, and supplier proposals when required.
- Revise designs based on client comments, site conditions, and technical requirements.
- Support junior designers when required.
- Manage multiple projects and meet design deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in interior design, 3D visualization, architecture, or fit-out.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interior design and professional-quality 3D renderings.
- Excellent 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering skills.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out, materials, finishes, lighting, ceilings, flooring, and joinery.
- Ability to prepare and understand technical drawings.
- Good understanding of architectural and MEP coordination.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Able to work independently under the direction of the Design Manager.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
Software Skills
Strong knowledge of:
- 3ds Max
- Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Illustrator, or InDesign is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Mid-level designer who can work with limited supervision.
- Strong in both creative design and 3D visualization.
- Experienced in UAE interior fit-out projects.
- Comfortable coordinating with site engineers and construction teams.
- Healthcare design experience is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, creative, and able to work under pressure.
- Available immediately or within a short notice period.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
