Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit to prevailing site conditions.  Reviewing packages & coordinating with subcontractors for all technical queries & highlighting discrepancies pre & post tendering.  Managing a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings.  Coordinating with MEP requirements.  Receiving of material indents from site, analyzing the requirement & submission for approval.

Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems & most cost effective plans for the project completion.  Overseeing the selection of contractors & consultant to complete specific pieces of the project.  Reviewing & preparing Method of Statements and submitting to consultant.  Attending Weekly Progress meeting with the Client and Consultant and resolve critical issues.  Liaising with Sub Contractor, contractors, consultants & Suppliers and coordinating for all the technical Requirements & obtaining clearances.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Architecture  Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience    Seniority level  Mid-Senior level
