We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international main contractor for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-rise building projects in the UAE. This role requires a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-rise construction projects.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with programme, budget, quality, health & safety, and contractual requirements.
- Drive project performance while mitigating risks and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Up to 20 years of GCC construction experience, preferably with the last 4 years in the UAE.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager on major building projects.
- Proven experience delivering high-rise developments in the GCC or UAE.
- Main contracting experience in the UAE or GCC is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project controls, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Available to join immediately or within 4 weeks' notice.
