Responsibilities
Meet with clients to determine requirements, goals, and constraints; translate needs into design concepts.
Develop architectural concepts and scalable design solutions that meet code, safety, and sustainability standards.
Prepare and present drawings, models, renderings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate structures, systems, and details.
Manage design development and production of all drawings for permitting and construction.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control to ensure compliance with design intent.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, accessibility requirements, and environmental standards.
Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders; respond to feedback proactively.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, technology, and sustainable design practices.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional degree; professional licensure preferred.
2–3+ years of hands-on architectural experience across phases (concept through construction).
Proficiency in CAD ( AutoCAD), BIM (Revit), rendering (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray), and visualization tools; strong drawing and documentation skills.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning, accessibility standards, and sustainability frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to clients and stakeholders.
Pay: QAR100.00 – QAR400.00 per hour
