Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze production floor activities, ensuring operations run efficiently and within safety standards.
Collect and analyze data on production performance, including output, defects, and other key metrics.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement in production processes.
Collaborate with production supervisors and managers to develop strategies for process improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for quality control and safety.
Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to management.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Printing Technology
Proven experience in a printing press production environment.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
