Arabic Chef Jobs in Dubai at Accuro Specialist Support Services
To ensure that the highest standard of food is produced
& delivered from the Central Processing Unit to the various
hospitals. This food production needs to be carried out in the
most nutritious & hygienic manner with the latest equipment &
cooking techniques like “Cook-Chill”.
To monitor the presentation, appearance & taste of all menu items.
To ensure that the finished dishes are as per the calorific &
other dietary parameters specified in the contract.
To be responsible for ordering all requirements through the
_ main stores and ensuring proper use of the same._
To be responsible for assessing and approving the quality of
all goods at the time of receiving.
To ensure cost effective use of all food and non-food items
necessary for the production and service of meals.
To prevent pilferage and misuse of all stores in his custody.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
