Job Summary
Al Qassim Aluminium & Glass is seeking an experienced Arabic Accountant to join our finance team immediately. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and have prior UAE experience in the aluminium, glass, or façade industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and supporting project-related financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and project teams regarding payments and financial matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.
- Support VAT-related documentation and financial audits.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an Accountant.
- Experience in the aluminium, glass, façade, or construction industry is mandatory.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
