Job Summary
The Warranty Assistant supports the Warranty Executive in administering warranty claims by preparing documentation, verifying technical records, maintaining warranty files, and coordinating with service and parts departments. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background to understand vehicle systems and assist in validating warranty-related repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and preparing warranty claims for submission.
Verify repair orders, job cards, parts invoices, and supporting technical documents.
Ensure all warranty documentation complies with manufacturer requirements.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts Department to obtain complete claim documentation.
Update and maintain warranty claim records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Track submitted claims and assist in following up on pending approvals or rejected claims.
Organize warranty files for internal and manufacturer audits.
Assist in preparing warranty reports and claim summaries.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document retention.
Support the Warranty Executive in resolving warranty-related issues.
Perform other administrative and technical duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an automotive service or warranty environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and warranty procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand technical repair documentation.
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
