Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and presentations for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation.
- Incorporate regional architectural traditions, cultural requirements, and sustainability principles into designs.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients, authorities, and project teams.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
- Support permit applications and approvals with local authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Professional architectural license or registration (preferred, depending on country requirements).
- 3–10+ years of architectural design and project management experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of regional building regulations and construction practices.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Lumion
- Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
