Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Aquaculture Growout Helper to support daily operations at our aquaculture facility. You will maintain a clean and safe environment for our aquatic stock. You will also perform essential labor tasks to ensure healthy growth cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Feeding Operations: Dispense specific feed amounts according to established schedules.
- Tank & Net Maintenance: Clean culture tanks, scrub raceways, change water filters, and mend containment nets.
- Water Quality Monitoring: Assist technicians by using basic meters to check water temperature and oxygen levels.
- Biosecurity & Cleaning: Disinfect equipment and maintain strict bio-safety protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Harvest & Moving Logistics: Assist in grading, sorting, transferring, and harvesting fish or shrimp.
Job Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 kg, work in wet environments, and stand for extended periods.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working outdoors, around open water, and in variable weather conditions.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, or rotating shifts.
- Core Skills: Basic math skills for tracking feed, strong teamwork habits, and excellent listening skills.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
