HR Generalist (Interior Fit-Out & Joinery) Jobs in Sharjah at UNESIA INTERIOR LLC
We are seeking an experienced Male HR Generalist for our Interior Fit-Out & Joinery company in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
- Process payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Process employment visas, visa renewals, cancellations, medicals, Emirates ID, and labour applications.
- Prepare and submit applications through MOHRE and GDRFA/ICP portals, including typing and online submissions where applicable.
- Monitor visa validity, labour cards, trade licenses, and other compliance-related records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with government authorities and ensure timely completion of all employee documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE HR experience, preferably in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Construction, or Contracting.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP systems, visa processing, and government portals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
